My Order Keeps Getting Rejected?
The most probable cause is that the information entered into the "Billing Information" fields do not match the card issuer's billing information. Review this first. If you are completely satisfied that you should be getting your order processed normally and are still having trouble, please continue down this list of options.
- Quadruple check your billing information! This is the most common mistake, so make sure it isn't YOUR mistake too!
- Have you moved in the last six months? Sometimes your bank or credit card company hasn't updated their information on you yet. Try your old address.

Can I please have my shirts printed on the backs?
We really do love happy customers around here, so we would love to put any shirt design you want on the backs of your purchases for free. You'll just need to alert us of this request in the comments of your order form upon completion of your shopping.
How long will it take to get my order shipped?
There are lots of companies out there that will wait upwards of two weeks before they process your order and ship it, but that's not how we do things around here. We always ship within 24 hours of getting a customer's order. We are here, busy as bees from the hours of 7 o'clock in the morning to 3 o'clock in the afternoon Central Standard Time. We do not work on federally sanctioned holidays, nor on Saturdays and Sundays. If you happen to place your order with us on one of these days our doors are not open, then we will be making your order the very next shipping day available. If you order on Thanksgiving, then your order will be going out on the following Monday. When you order shirts, you can place a pretty solid bet that we're going to have everything we need to make your shirt and ship it out to your specifications. There are some scattered instances when something is not ready in our inventory and we must resupply ourselves. Even if we have to reorder supplies, this will only set your order back a couple of days and you will still receive your purchases much faster than if you had ordered from some other site.
We have our shipping speeds down to a fine artform, and we would love to show you just how fast it really can be. If you need your order delivered to you in the matter of just a few days, or even the very next day, we have expedited and express shipping open for you to choose as well.
In our effort to provide the most options available to our customers, people who live within the Continental United States of America have three separate speeds at which they can choose to have their package sent.
- Our Standard option will suit most needs, as it arrives to your door in a very speedy 3-8 work days.
- Expedited Shipping is our second fastest speed, at just 2-3 Postal Shipping Days.

If you are having your orders delivers to the states of Alaska or Hawaii, then your order will always be shipped via Priority U.S.P.S. Mail and will be delivered in FIVE to TEN business days. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. If you enter your email into the appropriate field during the ordering process, then we will send you tracking numbers. Residents of the Hawaiian Isles, Alaska, PO BOXES, and International Orders do not receive tracking numbers.
I have some very good news to our fans in the countries of New Zealand, Australia, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Great Britain, Canada, Sweden, and Norway! We definitely ship to you with International postage! When you are ordering from outside of the U.S., your orders can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery...this is never truer than during the Christmas rush, so please take this into account when ordering. If you contact us after just one week of ordering, we can only tell you to wait the entire eight weeks before contacting us again. We cannot track the shipments once they leave the United States, so please be patient.
Customs Law requires us to make a full, visible inventory for their inspection that includes a monetary value of the contents. Marking the packages as gifts will not nullify this requirment. We cannot take responsibility for any additional fees your order may incur, so you will have to pay for those fees yourself. We really do accept mailed payments for your shirt order with no problem whatsoever. Just follow these three simple instructions, and you'll have your shirts in no time.
- You need to firstly figure out what you want to buy with your money order, right? We need to know what shirts you want, what style of shirts, what shirt colors, and what sizes of shirts. Email us by CLICKING HERE and telling us that information we need as well as your desire to pay through the mail.
- Once we get your email with your information, we'll email you right back! Ours will be an invoice that includes your total cost after compiling shirt and shipping fees. It will also include our address to ship your payment to.
